Games Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using a Covered Game, you agree to these Games Terms and to our Games Privacy Policy (caymaztech.com/games/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the game.

These Games Terms supplement — and for game-specific matters prevail over — our corporate Terms of Service (caymaztech.com/terms) where they conflict regarding entertainment titles. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Google Play’s Terms of Service also apply to distribution and billing on those platforms.

These Games Terms currently cover:

Marketing pages live at caymaztech.com/game/{slug} where published. When we add a new entertainment title that cites these Games Terms, it becomes a Covered Game without requiring a separate terms website. Product-specific notices in-app or on the store listing may add detail but will not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of each Covered Game on devices you own or control, solely for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Games Terms and applicable store rules.

You may not: copy, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software; reverse engineer or modify it except where mandatory law permits; remove proprietary notices; use the game to build a competing product; cheat, automate, or tamper with saves, advertising, or purchase flows; or use the game for unlawful purposes.

The software is licensed, not sold. Caymaz TechHealth and its licensors retain all rights in code, art, audio, trademarks, and related intellectual property.

Covered Games may offer virtual currency, consumables (for example revives or boosts), cosmetic or progression items, and “remove ads” or similar entitlements. These are a limited license to use digital content inside the game. They have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued. They generally do not survive deletion of the app or loss of your device unless a store entitlement restore applies.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (and subscription/entitlement tooling such as Adapty where used). We do not receive your full payment card number. Refunds, chargebacks, and billing disputes are governed by the applicable store’s policies. Where a game supports restore purchases, use the in-app restore control or your store account.

Most Covered Games have no accounts and no user-generated content. Where a title (for example Deep Sea Tycoon) offers accounts, chat, or community features, you must not upload illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful content; you must respect other players; and we may suspend or terminate access for violations. We may remove content that breaches law or these Games Terms.

You are responsible for keeping devices and store accounts secure and for purchases made from your account, including parental controls for family devices.

Covered Games are intended for users aged 13 and older (or the higher minimum age required in your country). They are not directed to children under 13 and are not designed for Apple’s Kids Category or Google Play Families policies as “primarily directed to children.” Parents and guardians should use store parental controls for purchases. See the Games Privacy Policy for children’s privacy details.

If you obtained a Covered Game from the Apple App Store: Apple is not a party to these Games Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. Caymaz TechHealth, not Apple, is responsible for the game and claims relating to it (product liability, legal compliance, intellectual property), to the extent required by Apple’s standard EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Games Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you obtained a Covered Game from Google Play, Google acts as a distribution platform; Caymaz TechHealth remains the licensor of the game software. Google’s billing and refund rules apply to Play purchases.

We may provide patches and updates. Updates are covered by these Games Terms unless accompanied by separate terms. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Games Terms. We may discontinue a game or online features with reasonable notice where practicable. On termination you must stop using the software and delete copies from your devices.

COVERED GAMES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Entertainment software may contain bugs; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAYMAZ TECHHEALTH’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A COVERED GAME IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THAT GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD 50). NOTHING IN THESE GAMES TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER MANDATORY CONSUMER LAW.

These Games Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Games Terms for legal, store-policy, or product changes. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may also be noted in-app or on the store listing where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
