End User License Agreement (EULA) — Crash Blaster

Licensor: Caymaz TechHealth Ltd. Şti.
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Caymaz TechHealth Ltd. Şti. for the Crash Blaster application and its updates (“Software”).
1. Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software except where mandatory law permits it
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the Software to build a competing product
- Tamper with the game's local save data, virtual currency, or advertising and purchase flows
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Caymaz TechHealth and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in it, including the vehicle and environment art, code, audio and trademarks.
4. Virtual items
Coins, gems, vehicles, upgrades and chests are a limited license to use digital content inside the Software. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not survive deletion of the Software. See Virtual Items and Refunds.
5. Updates
We may provide patches and updates. Updates fall under this EULA unless they arrive with separate terms.
6. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source and third-party components under their own licenses, including the Three.js rendering stack, the React Native runtime, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the Adapty SDK.
7. Termination
This license ends if you breach this EULA or if we discontinue the Software. On termination you must stop using it and delete all copies.
8. Disclaimer and liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” THE DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO THIS EULA.
9. Apple App Store
If you obtained the Software from the Apple App Store:
- Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.
- Caymaz TechHealth, not Apple, is responsible for the Software and any claims relating to it.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
10. Google Play
If you obtained the Software from Google Play, Google is a distribution platform only; Caymaz TechHealth remains the licensor.
