End User License Agreement (EULA) — Deep Sea Tycoon

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Caymaz TechHealth Ltd. Şti. for the Deep Sea Tycoon application and related updates (“Software”).
1. Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on devices you own or control for non-commercial entertainment.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software except as permitted by mandatory law
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the Software to build a competing product
- Circumvent technical protection or parental controls
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Caymaz TechHealth and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including artwork, code, music, and trademarks.
4. Updates
We may provide patches and updates. Updates are licensed under this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.
5. Third-party components
The Software may include open-source or third-party components subject to their own licenses, listed in the app or repository where applicable.
6. Termination
This license ends if you breach this EULA or if we discontinue the Software. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all copies.
7. Disclaimer and liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO THIS EULA.
8. Apple App Store (if applicable)
If you obtained the Software from the Apple App Store:
- Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.
- Caymaz TechHealth, not Apple, is responsible for the Software and any claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
9. Google Play (if applicable)
If you obtained the Software from Google Play, Google is a distribution platform only; Caymaz TechHealth remains licensor.
