We respond within timelines required by applicable law (including KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR).

This Games Privacy Policy covers:

Unless a product-specific subsection below says otherwise, the default model is: no Caymaz TechHealth account, progress stored on device, advertising and purchases handled by named third parties.

Oyuna ve seçimlerinize bağlı olarak işleme şunları içerebilir:

• Cihaz içi oyun verileri: ilerlemeniz, ayarlar, yumuşak para bakiyeleri ve tercihler cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Varsayılan Kapsanan Oyunlarda (Crash Blaster, Squad Runner, Snowline Rush, Hundredfold, Shelf Jam, Gobbleverse) bu veriler Caymaz TechHealth sunucularına yüklenmez; bu başlıklar oyuncu hesabı arka ucu işletmez. • Reklam tanımlayıcıları ve reklam etkileşim verileri: reklam gösterildiğinde Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) ve ilgili rıza araçları (UMP / Google User Messaging Platform) tarafından, rıza seçimlerinize ve platform kurallarına (iOS’ta gerektiğinde App Tracking Transparency dahil) tabi olarak işlenir. • Satın alma ve hak verileri: ürün tanımlayıcıları, satın alma jetonları ve abonelik/hak durumu Apple, Google Play ve (kullanıldığı yerde) Adapty aracılığıyla. Tam ödeme kartı numaralarını almayız. • Yaklaşık teknik veriler: cihaz türü, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil ve ilgili yapıda çökme raporlama sağlayıcısı etkinse (örneğin Sentry.io veya Firebase Crashlytics) çökme/tanılama sinyalleri. • Destek iletişimleri: bize e-posta gönderirseniz veya web sitesi iletişim formunu kullanırsanız (ad, e-posta, sağladığınız mesaj içeriği).

Kişisel veri satmayız. Oyun içeriğini diğer kullanıcılar için genelleştirilmiş yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanmayız.

Varsayılan Kapsanan Oyunları oynamak için ad, e-posta veya telefon numarası istemeyiz.

Kişisel verileri şu amaçlarla işleriz:

• Talep ettiğiniz oyun deneyimini sağlamak ve sürdürmek (sözleşme / hizmet ifası) • Uygulama içi satın almaları işlemek ve hakları geri yüklemek (sözleşme) • Ücretsiz sürümlerde reklam göstermek ve reklam performansını ölçmek; gerektiğinde rıza ile (rıza; kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlarda izin verilen meşru menfaat) • Etkinse hata izleme ile çökmeleri teşhis etmek ve kararlılığı iyileştirmek (meşru menfaat / sözleşme) • Hizmeti güvenceye almak, dolandırıcılık ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek (meşru menfaat / yasal yükümlülük) • Destek ve gizlilik taleplerine yanıt vermek (yasal yükümlülük / sözleşme / meşru menfaat) • Mağaza ve düzenleyici gerekliliklere uymak (yasal yükümlülük)

GDPR uygulanıyorsa bu dayanaklar Madde 6 ile eşleşir. KVKK uygulanıyorsa 6698 sayılı Kanun’daki karşılık gelen hukuki sebeplere, belirli reklam veya yurt dışı senaryolarında gerektiğinde açık rızaya dayanırız.

Covered Games are intended for users aged 13 and older (or higher if required by local law). They are not directed to children under 13 and are not submitted as primarily child-directed under COPPA, Apple Kids Category, or Google Play Designed for Families as a kids-directed experience.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly where we control it.

Parents and guardians should use Apple and Google parental controls to manage purchases and downloads. Advertising, where shown, is configured consistent with a Teen / 13+ audience and applicable ad content ratings.

Oyunla ilgili verileri yalnızca talimatlarımız doğrultusunda işleyen hizmet sağlayıcılarla veya platform hizmetleri için bağımsız veri sorumlusu olarak hareket eden taraflarla paylaşırız:

• Google (AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, User Messaging Platform): reklam ve rıza mesajlaşması • Apple (App Store / StoreKit): dağıtım, faturalandırma, iade • Google Play Billing: Android’de dağıtım, faturalandırma, iade • Adapty: entegre edildiği yerde satın alma doğrulama ve haklar • Sentry.io (Functional Software, Inc.): bir Kapsanan Oyun için etkinse çökme ve hata izleme (cihaz/uygulama teknik verileri, yığın izleri ve ilgili tanılama olayları — reklam için kullanılmaz) • Firebase Crashlytics / Analytics (Google): belirli bir başlık için etkinse çökme veya kullanım tanılama

Tam sağlayıcılar oyun sürümüne ve yapıya göre değişir; uygulama içi açıklamalara ve App Store / Google Play gizlilik etiketlerine bakın. Bu sağlayıcılar kendi şartları, gizlilik politikaları ve — bizim adımıza kişisel veri işlediklerinde — veri işleme sözleşmeleri / DPA’lar (gerektiğinde SCC dahil) kapsamında hareket eder. Geçerli hukuka uygun gizlilik ve güvenlik taahhütleri ararız.

Kişisel veri satmayız ve CCPA/CPRA kapsamında “satış” sayılan çapraz bağlam davranışsal reklamcılık için paylaşmayız. Oyunlar dışındaki şirket geneli altyapı için ayrıca caymaztech.com/privacy adresine bakın.

Reklam, faturalandırma, hak ve çökme izleme sağlayıcıları (Google, Apple, Adapty ve etkinse Sentry.io dahil) verileri Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, AEA, Türkiye ve faaliyet gösterdikleri diğer ülkelerde işleyebilir. GDPR veya UK GDPR, AEA/Birleşik Krallık’tan aktarımlar için güvence gerektiriyorsa, bu sağlayıcıların sürdürdüğü uygun mekanizmalara (Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri / UK IDTA veya ekleri gibi) ve gerektiğinde ek tedbirlere dayanırız.

Reklam kullanmanız, satın alma yapmanız veya çökme raporlaması içeren bir yapı oynamanız, ilgili sağlayıcının belgelerinde açıklandığı üzere ilgili işlemenin ikamet ülkeniz dışında gerçekleşebileceğini kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

On-device game data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the game. Uninstalling deletes local progress we do not host on our servers for default Covered Games.

Advertising and purchase records retained by Google, Apple, or Adapty follow those providers’ retention practices and your store account settings.

Support emails and privacy requests are retained as needed to resolve the request and meet legal record-keeping (typically up to 24 months after closure unless law requires longer).

To request deletion of residual personal data we control (for example support correspondence), email [email protected] or use caymaztech.com/#contact. For advertising identifiers and store purchase history, use platform settings (for example limit ad tracking / delete advertising ID) and your Apple ID or Google account tools.

Subject to applicable law where you live, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, withdraw consent, and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This includes, where they apply: GDPR and UK GDPR (EEA/UK), CCPA/CPRA and other US state privacy laws, Brazil’s LGPD, Türkiye’s KVKK (including complaints to KVKK Kurumu), and equivalent rights under other local laws.

Because default Covered Games do not create a Caymaz TechHealth account, many requests are fulfilled by uninstalling the app and adjusting store/ad settings. For data we hold (support tickets), contact [email protected].

California and other US state laws: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined. You may still contact us to exercise applicable rights.

Crash Blaster, Squad Runner, Snowline Rush, Hundredfold (store title: Hundredfold: Ink Survivors), Shelf Jam & Gobbleverse: No Caymaz TechHealth login. Progress and settings are local. Free tiers may show AdMob ads with UMP consent where required. In-app purchases (for example virtual currency, boosts, remove-ads) use Apple/Google billing and Adapty where integrated. Hundredfold, Shelf Jam and Gobbleverse present an in-app legal acceptance gate on first launch (and when policy versions change); full Games Terms and Privacy open on caymaztech.com.

The Underworld Tailor: No Caymaz TechHealth login and no ads. Progress and settings are local. In-app purchases use Apple/Google billing and RevenueCat. Crash and error monitoring via Sentry.io where enabled. An in-app legal acceptance gate (LegalGate) is shown on first launch and when policy versions change; full Games Terms and Privacy open on caymaztech.com.

Deep Sea Tycoon: May include additional features such as accounts, social/community systems, or parental/guardian flows described in legacy game supplements at caymaztech.com/legal/game/deep-sea-tycoon. Where those features collect account or community data, that processing is covered by this Policy plus those supplements. If a feature is not present in your version, those subsections do not apply.

Legacy per-game legal pages under /legal/game/{slug} remain available for historical App Store / Play links; this Games Privacy Policy is the primary portfolio policy for new listings.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures for systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Protect your device and store account credentials.

We may update this Policy for legal, store, or product changes. The “Last updated” date will change; material updates may be highlighted in-app or on listings where appropriate.
