By using Pawwi you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Not veterinary care
Pawwi provides educational wellness observations and care tracking tools. It does not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health decisions. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect.
Subscriptions & billing
Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds and billing disputes are governed by Apple or Google policies; we cannot override store billing decisions.
Credits, digital content & features
Any in-app credits, quotas, entitlements, or digital features are a limited, non-transferable license to use content inside Pawwi. They have no real-world cash value and may be modified, rebalanced, or discontinued. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law or store policy requires otherwise.
Local data & backups
You are responsible for exporting and backing up device data. Deleting the app, clearing storage, changing devices, or OS failures may remove local pet records unless you exported a backup. We are not responsible for loss of local data that we do not host on our servers.
Changes to information & these Terms
We may update these Terms, product descriptions, features, pricing, credit rules, and related materials at any time to reflect legal, technical, or business needs. We are not obligated to provide individual notice of every change. The current version is always published at this page (caymaztech.com/pawwi/terms). You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Support, errors & claims
If you experience a technical error, incorrect credit balance, billing anomaly, data issue, or any other malfunction, you must contact us promptly through official support channels ([email protected] or the contact form on caymaztech.com). We can only investigate and, where appropriate, remediate issues reported through those channels. Failure to report a problem without undue delay may limit or forfeit your ability to obtain a remedy, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWWI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE OPERATION, INCLUDING AI OUTPUTS OR CREDIT BALANCES.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAYMAZ TECHHEALTH YAZILIM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, CREDITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF PAWWI—INCLUDING UNREPORTED ERRORS OR CREDIT LOSS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO PAWWI IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR PAWWI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD 50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY MANDATORY CONSUMER LAW.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
