Terms of Service

By accessing caymaztech.com, downloading or using any of our applications (including those listed on our homepage), or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you represent authority to bind it. You must meet the minimum age for digital consent in your jurisdiction. We may refuse service for legitimate reasons including risk, abuse, or legal compliance.

Apple App Store and Google Play platform terms and EULAs apply to store, billing, and refunds in addition to these Terms.

Some features require an account (via Firebase Auth, Supabase Auth, or similar, depending on the app). Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you report unauthorized use. You may delete your account in-app where supported. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

Caymaz TechHealth develops and distributes mobile and web software, including AI-assisted tools, productivity, navigation, and health-adjacent visualization products (e.g., Calvion, Vivify AI, Qibla Finder, Prescription Book, HairArchitect AI, FaceArchitect AI, Caliber dB, Kazanımlar - Sınıf Defterim, MediScan AI, and future apps on our homepage). Features may change; we may modify or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta features are "as is" and may be unstable.

Unless a separate regulated clinical agreement applies, our software and content are for educational, informational, and simulation purposes only—not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

AI-assisted features process inputs you provide to generate probabilistic outputs. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before medical decisions.

If you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately—do not rely on our apps.

You are solely responsible for how you use outputs and for any health-related information you choose to upload.

You may not: violate law or third-party rights; access systems without authorization; interfere with the services; scrape or automate access harmfully; upload malware; harass or deceive others; reverse engineer except where mandatory law permits; use outputs to build competing models in violation of product terms; submit illegal content or content of others without rights; or use AI features without accepting required consents (including cross-border processing consent).

Our services, branding, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software per platform rules and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or circumvent protections except as permitted by law. Feedback may be used by us without obligation.

Some products are free; others require payment, subscriptions, or in-app purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription state may be managed via Adapty. By purchasing, you authorize the platform to charge your payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the platform account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices may change at renewal per platform rules.

Consumable credits or entitlements are generally non-refundable once used. Canceling a subscription typically keeps access until period end unless law or platform policy says otherwise.

Refunds and cancellations: request refunds only through Apple or Google for charges they processed—we cannot override store billing. Restore purchases where the app and platform support it.

Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in suspension of paid features.

Credits, quotas, and digital entitlements (where offered) are a limited, non-transferable license to use in-app content. They have no real-world cash value and may be modified, rebalanced, or discontinued. If you believe a credit balance, entitlement, or billing record is incorrect, you must report it promptly through official support channels (caymaztech.com/#contact or [email protected]). Unreported credit or entitlement loss is not our responsibility except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAYMAZ TECHHEALTH YAZILIM TIC. LTD. STI. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, CREDITS, ENTITLEMENTS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES—INCLUDING UNREPORTED ERRORS OR CREDIT LOSS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR SERVICE-RELATED CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caymaz TechHealth from claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms or law, or infringement by content you submit.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the services, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the services anytime. Surviving provisions include intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Istanbul (Turkey) courts and enforcement offices have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer rights that may allow suit in your home country (e.g., EEA/UK consumers).

Health-adjacent products support learning, discussion, and visualization—not diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease. AI outputs are probabilistic; verify information with qualified professionals.

• Caliber dB (sound measurement): not a medical device, certified sound level meter, or legal evidence tool. Measurements use on-device DSP (IEC 61672-1 oriented) and depend on device microphone quality. Results are informational and compliance-reference only—not occupational safety certification or professional acoustic survey. Subscriptions may include a free trial; manage billing and cancellation via Apple ID / Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal.

Functionality relies on third parties including Apple, Google, Adapty, Firebase, Supabase, Cloudflare, Hetzner, fal.ai, and Eachlabs.ai. AI inputs may be processed on their infrastructure subject to their terms and our Privacy Policy. You must accept in-app consent for cross-border AI processing where required. We may change providers with updates to this Policy or in-app notices.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy apply to all Caymaz TechHealth applications shown on caymaztech.com unless we publish a separate written agreement for a specific product. New apps added to our portfolio are covered without requiring a separate legal site.

We may update these Terms, product descriptions, features, pricing, credit rules, and related information at any time for legal, technical, or business reasons. We are not obligated to provide individual notice of every change. The current version is always published on this page (caymaztech.com/terms); you are responsible for reviewing it periodically. Material changes are reflected by revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms where permitted by law.

If you experience a technical error, incorrect credit or entitlement balance, billing anomaly, data issue, or other malfunction, you must contact us promptly via official support channels (caymaztech.com/#contact or [email protected]). We can only investigate and, where appropriate, remediate issues reported through those channels. Failure to report a problem without undue delay may limit or forfeit your ability to obtain a remedy, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except as required by mandatory consumer law, we accept no liability for unreported credit loss, data loss, or service errors.
